Hi All,
So I've been making great progress with my cheap chinese laser cutter, have practically replaced all the original parts and am getting great results from it but recently I had the most god awful job of having to re-align the mirrors (who the hell said that was the easy part??) anyway have finally got the laser hitting the same spot in all four corners and the stuff is falling out and sitting on the mesh but I have a tiny problem in a couple of areas of the work surface area. When I cut, say for example a simple circle the laser won't come back to the point it started but will slightly overlap leaving a little lip on the edge of the circle. The circle is perfect on the drawing. Is this a mirror problem?? Anybody shed any light on this. Why is it that when you think you have a handle on it something like this happens.
Thanks in advance
Hilary

Thanks Thunder Laser - Nolan
That does look very similar to my problem. Will have a look. Every time I solve a problem, I seem to get a new one.
Thanks
