Questions about Mars 2 Machine Malfunction

Machine was popping fuses constantly so we replaced power cord, replaced bad power supply with new one. These pictures are after we tried it again and it blew the wires running to the bulb. What do you think is the problem?

Update....rewired and resoldered wire the laser worked but there is a spark at the connection. Is it bad wire? Too much power?

The connection point looks like that you have had reconnected it by yourself, did you have replace a laser tube for the laser before?
Please download a document that on how to replace a laser tube from below link, it has several pages to teaching you on how to reconnect the connection for two wires, it's very important.

If you did not rewired and resoldered the wire to good, there will be keeping a spark at the connection.
Not bad wire, it's also not too much power.
