The problem is that the machine is not outputting an alarm when the assist gas pressure goes lower than that specified in the cut conditions.
If the gas is turned off or a bottle goes empty the machine will continue to cut.
I checked the NC Gas pressure sensor and it is working properly, the gas cxontroller board in the control pendant stand will alarm (led 2 on board comes on) but alarm is not output.
I checked parameters AGA, BMO, BMA but they are set correctly (not in maintenance mode)

It depends on how old the machine is and what type it is. On punch laser machines the alarm doesn't really work. Try keep relay 5.5. I think one is enable and zero is off. Not too sure.
