50w co2 laser issues

Post by BYOCNC »

Old 50w laser tube out.
New 45w laser tube in.

Laser fires
Laser doesn't fire when manually moving via ruida control unit.

Laser fires during frame.
As well as when I it should be off in the cut job.
The laser power is less when it's in and not supposed to be.

Is this a too high of a power supply issue or am I missing something obvious??

It's a Chinese 50w . So no is the answer, the new tube is cloud ray.

I did think possible false signal.
Without purchasing how would I go about testing for it.
