Hi to you all and thanks a lot for your help (and for this forum).
I baught few month ago this NEJE Desktop Portable Engraver :
https://www.tomtop.com/p-e6314eu.html#flow_review
and I relly like it.
But I baught a 20W compatible laser to replace the original 3.5w one.
It's working, but I think the effect is not so efficient, not so much of power on engraving...
Can someone tell me if he did that ?
Is the 12v 2A enough for powering this new laser ?
Is the alimentation plateform ok for this needs ?

Thanks a lot for your help
Alex
PS : I asked NEJE many times but no answer.

First of all, I think NEJE needs to answer you. If you buy their goods, it is equivalent to buying their after-sales.Secondly, the power of the 12v 2A power supply is 24w, and your laser is 20w. I think it is enough to supply power.I hope to help you. :D

Hello, thanks a lot for your answer.
I thank you're right, I just saw, once in a while, that the software disconnects and I guess it might be because
the USB decoding system needs to be powered to.
So may be a little more powerfull supply (2,5 I guess) could be more efficient...
Anyway, Thanks for your answer
:-)

Alex
