I turned on the laser 100w 60x90 and the head keeps moving to parking position and hit very hard.
Both of sensors seems to work properly.
I checked on the controller 644xg and the values of x & y are 10000 each istead of 0,0 on the parking position.
I unscrew the axis and manually send th econtroller to 0,0 value. After turn off and on the machine the problem remain.
Also I tried to reset the cotnroller but nothing.
Anyone?

Hi did you find the awnser to the X Y on 10000
Re: X and Y axis problem. DOES NOT MATCH THE ACTUAL LASER HEAD
I think it should be the problem of limit switch.
It seems the limit switch doesn't work at all.
The laser head keeps moving to the park position,it should stop when trigger the limit switch.
Please make sure the X and Y axis limit switch are both working well.
