Auto laser sofware trubles

Dear Sirs
I have serius problem with Autolaser 2.2.1 sofware and CoreldrawX3 couple in chinese Redsail M500 Laser engraving machine

I install it like instruction, and machine operate well during 2 weeks,,, Now I send the Corel desing by visual basic to autolaser and

appears error message. 214746 7259(8000 4005) and computer is blocked and will be re started..

I re install Corel and autolaser several time,, without solution.

I changue computer , istall software , and appear " ERROR 5" always I cant works softwares on a news computerr the porblems are
repeat.
like curious that old file worked are send to machine, and it work perfect,,

The machine work , with autolaser direct instruction, but corel to autolaser computer is looping,,,,
