Hello People, I am new here, with a home brew bought of someone else laser cutter using the AWC608 DSP.
Anyway....
I have the curious problem of wobbly corners,
The laser can cut in straight lines, do curves, do largish curves... However, I have the curious problem of wobbly corners on smaller items, dropping the speed helps a little but not much. The item shown in the pics are about 20mm x 20mm. It cuts straight on the x and y, just not smooth on the corners.
I have done some reading on here and there are suggestions in other similar posts of missing steps, interference between x and y due to no shielded cable, dirt on the rails and a loose belt. My acceleration and deceleration is set to 10000 mm/s2, and this is the minimum it should be set to. Rails and wheels are lubricated with a spray on dry GT85
Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
