95% perfect and then Squiggly

I have a 5.5W Two trees and a creality rotary pro kit.

Every looks perfect except for 3 places where it seems to just started to oscillate. I'm engraving at 25mm/second so it is within guidelines.

Any idea what would cause it?

Image has 3 places. L AND 2 Es. Everything else seems perfect
