Is this forum just a spam-infested wasteland?

Most of what I see here is spambots having conversations with each other, occasional questions from genuine users, going mostly unanswered.

Does anyone real and knowledgeable visit this place? Can anything be done about the spam problem?

Yes, I think this is a good forum, but there are a lot of junk articles on the forum, but it is still a forum worth visiting. I also recently posted some posts that are helpful to people in this forum.
