Help with Perfect Laser Pleade

Hi I have just got a laser the model is Perfect Laser PEDK-4030.
When i turn it on,it resets on X axis but stops and will not reset to Y.
Would anyone have the same machine and be able to help please.

Hi sir ,this is Triumphlaser

The limit switch of Y axis is always on , or , the driver of Y axis is broken .
The limit switch is most possible.
