My laser machine stop working

Hi All
I finally got my laser working fairly well (although i can't for the life of me find a suitable setting for MDF or Acrylic).
Anyhow - i've just tried to engrave and its made the whole thing just stop....and now no amount of switching it on and off seems to re-set it. Its like its really confused and won't reset.
Any ideas?? It doesn't have a reset button?!

Yes i've switched it off for over an hour and its still stuck
I have no idea what model it is - its just one of those dirt cheap chinese 40w lasers. Blue with basic controls.
The software is Moshi (joy of joys).

Hi Sir

Please check the inside parts of the machine , every power supply has light , if one of the lights is off , then that one is broken and need replace .
