Re: rough cutting edge
Hi! Thank you for your quick reply. You mean to unplug the air pump during the cutting? Is it safe cutting the material without air assistance? I hear that without air assistance harms the focus lens. The ruler I was provided from your company has very nice cutting edge. Can I know what you do after...

rough cutting edge---20160628
Hello there! We tried to cut 3mm Acrylic mirror sheet. And, the cutting side is rough. (I am attaching a photo.) And, it is odd because the problem does not happen to all the side. We cut a circle(R 70mm) for the test. And, only some part has a rough edge. We aligned all the mirrors and the cutting ...

Re: Cutting Acrylic sheet
Thank you for your mention. Can I check one thing with the number 1. question? When I check the focus distance, do I have to use the same power and speed? And, one more thing........ The height of the focus lens can be adjusted with the dial on the focus head. Can I adjust focus distance by moving t...

Re: Cutting Acrylic sheet
Thanks for your reply. 1. I am attaching the photo of the cutting edge. But, it is not easy to take photo. It is easy to feel with hands. 2. I used 20%. 25%, 30%, and 35% power. But, every time, I had burning circle. 3. I had told you that I cleaned the sensor. And, it does not work. Does it mean th...

So, the edge is too sharp. And, when we touch the edge we feel rough. I do not know I explain plainl...

Re: Mars90_Z axis movement problem.
Hey, Thank you for your reply. However, you may not understand the problem. 1. I do not use auto focus function. I tried to move the bed manually. But, the bed could not move upwards. 2. I had cleaned the machine periodically. The sensor was not dirty at all. 3. I tried to turn off the machine and t...

Re: start point does not meet end point
Hello!
Thanks for quick reply.
OK got it.
If the option does not harm the machine, it does not matter.
15% less speed does not matter to us now.
Thank you for your support!!!
Best,
Joon
