Hi Folks, My wife and I run a business cutting vinyl albums int various shapes, band names, personalized, etc with a shark cnc router. The router's been very good to us but we are considering moving on to a laser as we have seen what our competition has done with them and out little shark just can't...

In my opinion.You are going to need some additional tools to add on.
Maybe you are also going to reference others' ideas.

I use the co2 type laser and have seen parts from universal lasers. Used by the craft industry. I don't think they are even close. The cost isn't close either. The fine beam size is what I can't get close to.
I'm burning at about 0.2mm wide and they have to be about .

From what I've read also its just that the 500's fail and the 52 is much more reliable. Maybe someone else has a better explanation but if it fail why take a chance get the more reliable one. you get what you pay for so they say.
