Laser Engraver Forum

Bought my second Chinese laser. First one just quit working. So I thought it crapped out. Bought another one and same thing happening. I have benbox I used originally and then purchased T2 that I’ve never been able to use.
Hoping someone can help.

Machine (both) register on computer. Board powers on and computer says connected. Try to move axis and on computer they move and shows it’s engraving but engraver doing nothing at all. Little fan on top of laser doing nothing.

Please help

Running T2Laser program. Laser is turning on moving but not burning anything. Clean work piece before and after.
Light is blue not red if that makes a difference. Hopefully someone has some advise please.
