I replaced it with a new module which came with its own control board.
I’ve installed T2 laser and I have spent a long long time reading and researching various settings, troubleshooting etc but i’m making no progress.
The issues I have:
I don’t have TTL control
The power setting (0-255) seems to have some control from 0-50 but anything above that looks about the same and burns ply despite a feed rate of 2500 (which i think it causing some quality issues (backlash?)
Velocity mode (designed to create grayscale by varying the feedrate) seems to have no effect.
In essence, i’m finding it impossible to get a decent amount of control on power/feed rate. i’m not sure my board is configured correctly, the laser will only operate with the switch in TTL position even though i have no TTL input. Any help greatly appreciated.
