Hi Tom
Seems I do have problem with the red dot pointer.
It's not visible on the work surface any more.
See pictures. Dosn't make a rond shape at the exit of the gizmo so dosen't have power when arrive at the 2 miroir and at the 3 one...almost nothing.
Try to adjust the focus wheel on the laser gizmo but can't make it better.
Best Regards

Re: Visible Red dot pointer
Hi Alex,
1. pulse a dot on the adhesive tape at the third mirror mound. (picture 1)
the red dot and central dot have no overlap this time.
2. try to adjust the screws at the red dot pointer mound. (picture 2)
for example, tighten the 1st screw(rotate right), the red dot will remove to left down position.
any question, please ask us again.

Re: Visible Red dot pointer
Hi Tom
The red dot just came back ....I did have a power problem at the same time....It seems the focus lens wasn't sit properly in the lens holder....
Just read in your manual...need to have a " o ring" I did not see any...normal?
Other question for you... let say I have a 2 layers job ....layer blue is for cutting so i select AIR ON and my layer red is for just making the top of material so I select NO AIR.
Sart the job by layer order ....Red first then blue in second
As soon the job start....the air blow from the beginning to the end ....job finish....5 sec delay...stop
Best Regards

Re: Visible Red dot pointer
Hi Alex,
1. the "o ring" is inside the lens holder, it is used for fixing the focus lenses.
I think the power problem has nothing to do with it.
2. I know the "air on/off" option on software, and yes, it will air on always.
because our hardware don't support this function.
