Hi, i am new, I buy a KKmoon k5 láser 3000 Mw last week, but a have a problem, all design appear horizontal lines (See images) I use the software “láser engrave machine v1.7”
My question is, it’s a láser problem.? I hope you can help me.

The lines appear in all material, paper, leather.
