Hi all,
My name is Chris and I have had an HPC LS1290 for a few years now. I purchased it second hand but it has remained mostly unused since purchase, partly down to being too busy, partly down to losing my left hand in an accident in 2014.
Having gone through 16 operations over the last 3 years I am now looking to get the laser fired up and working. I've had it serviced by HPC who also replaced the tube and the optics. I have Lasercut3 and photograv3.
The instructions that come with the lasercut software are a little vague but I seem to be muddling through. I also have a rotary attachment (XZ-M-I) probably the most user-unfriendly bit of kit I have ever tried to use.
Anyway, that's my intro, don't want to bore you all too much with reams of waft.
