Hi JFox
i think the problem is caused by driver's controler ,and you can ask your manufacture to change new one for you!

Re: Choosing the right laser engraver from Aliexpress...
In my opinion, there is not much difference between the two controllers except for what view they laser control systems. But they have the same function.
If you use to hobbyists or DIY they will be to your satisfaction. But they Unsuited to bussiness because they very easily brick and slower,

Re: Laser cutting eva foam
Kinda makes life a bit difficult.
I've got wall ventilation for it today, so I should get set up this afternoon.
I've got some 10mm eva so I'll give that a bash.
(I also got me a abc fire extinguisher).

Re: Laser cutting eva foam
You will have a lot of trouble trying to regulate the cut depth due to non uniformity in the material. It will need to be cut through for best results. EVA foam is much more difficult to cut as the thickness increases, 20mm will require around 100W for clean single pass cutting. It can be cut with m...

Laser cutting eva foam
Would it be possible to laser cut a depth in eva foam without too much heat being generated? So if you had a 20mm thick peice of foam, you could cut squares out to a depth of 16mm, (say 60x25mm) or would you have to really cut out that shape from a 16mm peice of foam. Would lasering a area 60x25mm b...

Re: Different focal lenght at cheap, low power 40W 50W 60W laser cutters or engravers
The cutting portion of the laser beam is not cylindrical but slightly tapered. It is narrower at the focal point and wider below and above it. Therefore the cuts made with a laser machine are never perfectly straight-perpendicular as with the rotary-CNC machines. Shorter FL Lens will give you: small...
